What’s in the box?
The programmes cards are all contained in a plastic branded box which is easy to transport and keep together. They are gloss coated and will endure lots of usage. The exact contents of the box are:

- Introduction and how to use the cards
- Tabbed dividers
- DofE bouncy ball
- DofE mouse mat
- Programme guidance notes (33 leaflets)
- Category cards (33 cards)
- Blank cards (20 cards)
- Programmes cards (110 cards)

The Programmes Cards each contain a number of example activities for each section, using an inspiring photograph and providing five different ideas on each card to inspire young people and get discussions going. There is also detailed information to support Leaders with advising young people on 33 categories of activity.

There is sufficient space in the box for you to be able to add your own cards and resources. We are most grateful to the many Leaders and participants in the focus groups around the UK who have already used the cards and who have helped shape the contents.
